The 1.4 upgrade seems to be demo only without the Netconnect-3
keyfile.

I can't get Microdot-II v1.3 (Netconnect version) to save or use some
of my configurations for PGP 2.6.3i.
For example it sets the arguement pgp -e for option "sign" and option
