You should look closer to what is wrong in the SendPicture sub
(nfsen/libexec/NfProfile.pm) I think. Maybe nfsen user write permission
on profiles-stats/... or missing rrdtool package.

Debian 6 box, every thing seems to be working fine and I tested to run
nfcap as follows:
/bin/nfcapd -w -D -p 23456 -B 20 -S 1 -z -I Linux-Host-1-eth0 -l
/var/netflow/
And it's able to get the responses from the client
