It seems to be a Mac problem. Ubuntu (14.04) also looks for a bbl file, but

marks of attachments in the attached MWE are aligned in the following way:
- after A and C - horizontally,
- after B - vertically.
The only difference is that \blank precedes in the B case.
So - how to force horizontal alignment for attachment marks in the B case,

My desired PDF PageLabels are in the attached PNG. I have also attached a
ConTeXt source file that attempts attempts this, but clearly I am missing a

The extend feature stretches the glyphs to get narrow or wide font but it
doesn’t embolden it.
The best solution is to get a font with a real bold style, money shouldn’t be a
problem
-version, so see the attachment. With
the font arabtype everything is fine, with the font uthmantnver10
the sign is missing.

I'm trying to get a table header with such bottom border:
