OK, but how do I change the font family for the whole document? I noticed that
\setupbodyfont[ant] changes it to Antykva Torunska, but with other fonts I
have no such luck.
Where do I see what to put in the square brackets to enable which font? Or do
I have to roll my own?

I am trying to typeset a URL that has numerous “%”s in it which I am
replacing with “\%”s. The problem is that while the typeset URL works,
the printed URL is showing the “\%”s rather than just the “%”s.
