I've noticed two bugs (I think) with stoppers:
1) Stoppers in table of contents
When you set stopper=~ in \setuplist the stopper also appears for
unnumbered heads of the table of contents (chapters, sections etc. that
are in frontmatter and backmatter).
2) Stoppers in head titles

python (as a challenge).
you can find my port here, but it doesn’t get the magic numbers right. it
works for me, though.
