I used to use macros for that purpose, with the latest Latin Modern fonts
you should have every Arabic transliteration character you need, including
the arc under the h, ie, ḫ. In luatex you just type ḫ. Try it!

If you really do need macros, I can send you my old Arabic transliteration
macros and you can use/modify those for the effect you need.

Is there an available ConTeXt utility for creating font tables for luatex?
\ShowFont does this for 256-char encodings but we need something to create
a matrix in pdf through luatex for unicode fonts.

is not in Traditional Arabic font, and that font was designed for Windows
systems only. Eventually we will be able to oveload OpenType features to
correct this kind of (mis)behavior.
Note also that you may only use utf-8, not Windows-1256 etc!

are Iranian and they implement both Arabic and Farsi
rules correctly, have keyboards etc. AFAIK, no other editor implements
the bidi alg as well.

Dear gang,
Is there a way to absolutely forbid a pagebreak between \head and its
following paragraph? [intro] tries hard but sometimes fails. I tried
\setupitemize[each] [inmargin,autointro]
\setuptolerance[vertical,stretch]
but I still get pagebreaks.
