I'm now synchronized with latest distro (2005.08.05) and pdfetex 1.3
Under

there are
*)modules.pdf (~21MByte)
*) modules.zip, used to make modules.pdf
*)patches.zip, a zip file with following patches:
core-rul.patch
font-chi.patch
spec-fdf.patch
supp-lan.patch
