Oh as a follow up on this, if I view his mailbox in OWA its in html just
perfect. His outlook, is plain text and the berry is in plain text.
I upgraded him from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and didn't fix the problem

Plain text in a line(probably Blue) at the top of the email. If you
click on that line it will then open
