Strange Outlook problem

I have ONE user who's complaining that his email (POP3) in Outlook is delayed by a day, but ONLY from the work POP server. His personal email, he says, is NOT delayed and he can log into webmail and see it and it's coming to his Smart Phone on time, but Outlook is delayed by a day. Unfortunately,

I have one user who is unable to save/open any Excel documents from his email - at least from his inbox. From his Deleted items folder he is able to open Excel spreadsheets, but not from his Inbox. We have Vipre Enterprise here and I just migrated the users to a new box as the old box was low on
