The Bohemian waxwing was seen by 10 observers this morning around 10:30
at the Perkins backyard in Miller Place, Long Island. It had been seen
earlier before everyone arrived. It returned in the company of a
starling, landed at the top of a distant tree and remained for about 10
minutes and

It was seen around 8 AM. Also present were a common merganser, 3
redhead and 3-4 snow geese.

The common ground dove was seen along the curbstone on the northern
perimeter of the West End 2 parking lot at Jones Beach today around 9:10
AM.
The Cassin's kingbird was seen in the area immediately south of the

around 9 AM at low tide. It was best seen from the end of Road K,
bayside, looking to the northwest. There is a dirt spit with reeds,
