BARNACLE GOOSE at Van Cortlandt Park. I really appreciate the details of
the whereabouts and when to try to view the bird. Today I drove up from
Arlington, VA to see it, and I had success. I arrived and parked at 251st

The Barnacle Goose continues on the Parade Grounds at Van Cortlandt

No Cackling seen in this flock despite several sweeps.
Sent from somewhere in the field using my mobile device!

As of this morning (12/3), the Barnacle Goose was still there, and at
least 4 Canadas had yellow neck bands (didn't get the numbers). The
Horned Larks stopped by, as well.

The Barnacle Goose was feeding with a large flock of Canada Geese at the
southern end of the Parade Grounds by the Nature Center this afternoon.
