No entrance fee. It was seen near the entrance to the marina today 11/30 at 1:15 and 2:00, on both sides of the road, more recently on beach side. It was a little farther north around midday. It is sometimes on low and conspicuous ornamental shrubs right along the road. Relocates frequently.
