Not my idea of a post-worthy bird, but I've seen where birders do chase it (and post YES if they get it). There is a pair of Blue-winged Teal on Alley Creek at the Alley Pond Environmental Center in Queens. They were posing pretty for pictures in the afternoon light, off the observation platform.
