Continues and seems to favor the 3 paths near the south garden. Observed feeding on the ground of the middle path and seen from the upper path. Last seen in a tree near the lower path that goes through the south garden. Observations were with Menachem and his mom, Pat Palladino and Robert

Today was the first time I've been to the beach since the reports started about the shearwater deaths. Walking west from the White Sands hotel in Napeague (East Hampton) I found 6 dead birds within a 1 mile stretch. This area seems to concentrate ocean debris so 6 dead birds in 1 mile should not
