In an effort to allow Apache on our Evergreen server to serve up other
virtual hosts, I've done some editing to a few files
(/etc/apache2/eg_vhost.conf, /etc/apache2/httpd.conf, and
/etc/apache2/sites-available/eg.conf).
I've moved (almost) everything in eg.conf that is not within virtualhost
