cause of this issue was that libOMV and associated dependencies were
compiled as a .NET 3.5 assembly version target. Unfortunately,
officially, it will only compile as a 3.5 target because it makes use
of System.Threading.Read
The textureEntry object is a libOMV type You can use libomv to
decode it. If you don't have libomv to help decode it because the
languages are not compatible, the code for decoding it is freely
available for reference in libOMV.
