There is a bug in s_time.c that prevents the test running
if neither -ssl2 or -ssl3 is used. The quick fix is to
uncomment line 196, where s_time_meth is initialized
with NULL again. The real fix would be some overhauling of
course, but please can anybody aplly this quick fix until
then?
