It seems like the DLL register action
is failing on your computer for some
reason during installation.
I'll look into this as part of Milestone
4.
Currently, I haven't been testing
Against Cosmo, but it should work. You
may have better luck with Bedework or
Apple Calendar Server. But I'd hold
Off testing till things stabilize with
the next milestone.
