Metro apps (A silverlight thing), sandbox and restrict file access, bring

windows is 32bit, so it wont run the Windows 8 x64 version, which is the
only version that has the VS2011 express dev tools, GAHHH

All these alternatives, still love Reflector, JetBrains one looks
