Recently, I was successful in teaching myself to rip music from CDs using
Windows Media Player, which I'm glad to have done even though I intend to
primarily use CDex for this purpose. Always good to know more than one way
to do something.
But I'm not having such success learning the burn

One place where you can get Winamp is at
www.whitestick.co.uk/download.html, the approximate size of the file
is 4.7MB. If you have already purchased your registration key for
Winamp pro the features available in the Pro edition will be
available in Winamp 5.09. I hope this helps.

Matt! I don't see what Sony device you're referring to here but the
new Sony Hi-MiniDisk machines all can transfer files between themselves and
the computer via USB and record at CD quality or higher with microphones or
Line Level input.

You can go to Winamp.COM. I think they should have it there. I don't know
of the file size of Winamp Pro, as I use the Winamp standard, or full
version.

Hi
I recently bought 16 classical CDs which were on a music DVD - each track is
dolby surround sound coded.
My query is that I would like to add them to my hard drive collection for
easy access - can I rip them off the DVD as I can a Music CD? If so, how?
Being encoded dolby surround sound, is

Hi list,
I have been playing around with the creative audio converter from creative
labs. After much scripting I have kind of got it to work. Any one know of a
good accessible converter? Thanks for any help.

Hi all!
I have an mp3 whose vocals I'd like to remove. Are there any free programs out
there which will allow me to do this? Thanks!

Be advised that the best program for this job will not do a perfect job.
The best you'll get is vocal reduction, and this will be at the expense of
the rest of the song, particularly with respect to stereo.
