If the WMA file is not copy protected, there are quite a few
programs that will do this. I use DBPoweramp
http://www.dbpoweramp.com
which offers a right-click method to change almost any file into
almost any other type of file. Though the MP3 conversion costs money
Easy CD-DA Extractor is another good option, and also allows for a
right-click conversion option in Windows Explorer.
