The problem with that system is that it uses the beios operating system. To
my knowledge there is no speech software that works with that operating
system.

In the encoder setup in Winamp Pro V5.2, using MP3 Encoder v1.3, it would
appear that one cannot choose anything other than joint stereo. Is this a
fact, or am I missing something.
WELL, i TRIED A DIFFERENT STREAM. MADE SURE REPEAT IN WINAMP WAS TURNED OFF.
NOW AFTER CAPTURING THE AUDIO OF TWO MINUTES RECORDING i HEAR ERROR ALLOCATING
FILE BUFFER.
BOY i AM STUMPED. ALSO i HAVE CABLE. ALL i SAW IN THE CONNECTIONS TAB WAS DIAL
UP, AND PROXIE SERVER, i LEFT IT BLANK.
As far as I know you can listen for however long the recording is. It may
be the stream itself, but I don't know. Change the output setting from mp3
which I think may be one of the most vulnerable parts of the program and see
if that makes a difference.
