I'm finding that conversion of rm or asf files to mp3 is taking several
minutes (up to eight), and occasionally fails. These files are only one hour
or about 20 meg in size.
The problem persists even with latest versions of 8.08 and Replay Converter
2.75.

I received this CD called Roxio digital media plus with my new computer. The
CD doesn't have any version number.
Has anyone out there heard of this program? Will it work with jaws?

If anyone on the list has an Olympus DS50, I'd be grateful if you could
answer the following questions for me.
I have heard that you can alter the playback speed of files on the DS50,
increasing the speed to a maximum of 1.5 times. Does this apply to MP3
files you copy to the player as
I can sympathise with your problem. The problem with ear mounted mics is
that any movement of the head is bound to cause a shift in the stereo field.
Having said that, you won't get a good recording with them placed under a
seat. Why not just use a good stereo mic? Alternatively, you could build

Why not get someone with a table saw or router to cut a ten inch circle with a
hole in the center from a piece of plywood. this would even be heavier than the
record, and you could probably put a base of some kind underneath it to hold

Yes, you can speed up and slow down MP3 and Audible files copied to the DS-50.
I am not sure whether they are still stereo or not, but I believe they are
still stereo.
