Not sure of what screen reader it is that you are using, but try to make sure you have focus in the main Winamp window by ControlTabbing, and not sure if these keystrokes are just for JAWS or what, but try using the keystrokes, To set the volume to 0%, press ALT+CTRL+M, To set the volume to 33%,

I have the 1002FX for more complicated things but use the little UB302 for use with Skype. Accessibility is not really an issue. The mixer is straightforward in layout and simple to use. It is not hampered by the procedures and terminology springing from the recording and broadcasting
