on we stop buying creative products as clearly they have no interest in

Problem is I can't find any settings anywhere that would fit this bill. No
menus, nothing! Just entertainment mode and that's all she wrote.

No, I have not made any progress. I unloaded all things soundblaster and
Creative and still the card works, apparently using windows generic drivers.
Yet I still can't get access to the advanced controls. Pam sent an email
from the web page on my behalf and of course there was no contact so
.
I use he creative card you use and i have no problem getting into the
controls. to change things.

card. There's this thing called 'entertainment mode and all the controls
are there and just plain not accessible.
I really can't ask for my money
Well, the subject line speaks for itself. I got this creative labs card and
nowhere can I find anything to give me a brighter tone. Lots of whiz bang
stuff, but I just want a blanking tone contro. Is there any help or did I
make a bad purchase? Thanks.

To get into any of the settings menus on the DM520, just hold the middle
button in, the one in the center of the four. Then just go up and down to
what you want and it will speak.
I think you want folder options.
As to the question about audio prompts, I believe these are on by default.
But
Date and time you'll need help on. You can get to the menu though again,
press the center button of those five in the front, I think its device
settings and then you arrow down to date and time. Frustrating, cause its
so close and yet so far.
