Hi, I'm new to the list my name is Kevin and I am totally blind and a jaws user. Was wondering if u guys know whether there is any accessible programme that would allow me to record sounds directly from my pc's internal sound card. Sounds such as audio streams from the net. Thanks in advance

Greetings, Kevin, I use totalRecorder v8.1Pro, it is very easy to use and works fairly well with Jaws but far as I know there are no scripts but gather some while ago somebody did produce scripts for a much earlier version never tried them as they cost! not sure which version they were for. As

For shoutcasting recording I use Mediarecorder which does have a timer and a shceduler for later recording. If you want to record from windows media or real I can't offer suggestions but mediarecorder is a freeware program and it works terrific for recording shoutcast streams. *** REPLY
