Well, she had a version of Hope on her old XP system, but it wasn't transferred onto the new system by the person that was hired to take care of all that stuff. That old copy of Hope didn't ask her for login info either. If she set up an account on Pandora, then it was a long time ago and

You definitely need to log into Pandora with Hope. If you're not being prompted, that's probably because Hope remembers your log in information. If this is a new install of Hope then you will need to log into Pandora at least once or create a new account. If you're trying to use the same account
