Yeah maybe so. Now the soundlink3 has been brought up, Zilla's roar sounds very
good on that speaker too. Not so much on the Mini one though. I have the mini
Bose Soundlink and that was one of the first things I tried on it.

That is true but still if there is to much highs it kind of ruins music,

The Soundlink III is still a good choice in speaker however - if you're
device supports aptX - then the BW T7 is the better way to go, has a
better sound, tighter bass etc, sharper highs and a more emphasised mid
range.
