Hi!
There is a big lag in bluetooth on the iphone from what i know.
I think this is a problem with voiceover.

Hi!
Just changing subject slightly if I may.
You mentioned you had a cochlea implant so congratulations to you and I 
sincerely hope that the implant will serve you well for many hears.
I too have been undergoing an assessment and tests for an implant over the last 
6 months and I had to make the decision a fortnight ago as to whether to go 
ahead with the surgery, in my case I decided agains the implant for the time 
being, my music and my Hi-fi mean far too much to me at the moment, I can still 
hear my equipment, the hearing instruments I’m currently using sound great! and 
I can still hear people talk in a room though - in say 12 months will the 
status quo apply? We’ll see and I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.
Anyway good luck and let us know how you find music with your implant.

Yes, its useable but you’ve pointed out the problems.
First thing I would say is that your device is using an earlier version of 
Bluetooth, I’ve not seen Bluetooth 4.0 or later time out like this, what you’re 
describing is all to familiar to me and the quality factor you described would 
indicate to me that an earlier version of Bluetooth is being used.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 phone has a way around this problem, its rather an 
unusual way of tackling the problem but I have to say it works.
Okay, suppose you really want this device for taking phone calls when they come 
in or when you’re dialling out, you can set the Samsung to only use the device 
for the phone thus all your other speech and sound - until you’re on a call - 
comes out through the speakers or connected headphones.
Again, crude but I’ve found it very effective.

So this is quite possibly a problem with the device itself and cannot be
fixed on the phone?

The problem is worse here now.  |The Bluetooth must be enabled when the
system starts up again but also the wireless on my cochlear implant device
must be enabled also resulting in an even longer delay.

connection.  One problem I do have is that the Bluetooth connection keeps
switching off every 2 or 3 seconds if there is no activity.  This means that

to keep the Bluetooth connection active for a longer period when it is
