I just read about both of these programs this afternoon. Both programs
are a bit like Skype but I haven't tried them yet so I don't know how
accessible they are. Bellshare can be downloaded from
www.bellshare.net. Bellshare has been written by the author of

Goldwave 5.07 is now available from www.goldwave.com. Here are the
changes in this version:
New Redo command
Cue file import/export
Updated Ogg and WMA plug-ins
Variable bitrate MP3 encoding support through new custom settings
CD Reader now works for non-administrator users on Windows 2000/XP
I am running Goldwave 5.04, does anyone know if version 5.07 would be a free
upgrade for me? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Chris Chaffin

Hi
There is no wizard to access the presets. You use the straightforward menus

The information is a mistake. The latest version on their website is 5.06,
[at least it was this morning when I went to have a look.] There are a
number of changes, according to the website. As I haven't yet played with
the program at all, having just downloaded it I couldn't really comment.

I would love to learn how to use the loops. I've tried and failed, even

Parts of Adobe Audition are accessible with the scripts, but it isn't
completely accessible by any stretch of the imagination, as far as I know.

Hi Gordon,
Thanks for that comprehensive outline of Diamond Cut. If they offer a demo
then I will try it out. Sounds quite intuitive!

Hi mike and everyone, thanks for the info, but that isn't exactly what I was looking

Hi All. A while back, there was a review on the Main Menu program of Weather Aloud.
It sounds interesting, so is the review on the Weather Bug. What I'm wondering, is
that JFW Lite used to have Weather Aloud to download, I think, but I can't find it
now. They do have the Weather Bug

Hi. I also think that it is kind of funny that you need sighted help to get

Go to the Nero web site and download their Lame plugin. You'll get regular mp3 ripping

Hi Hank
It's not easy to select areas in a file in Diamond Cut. It may be possible
with the Jaws cursor but I think not. As I've said in another email to
someone on the list, I edit the file first in Cool Edit (Audition), taking a
small portion of file with only the noise and loading it into DC5.
OK, that's what I hoped.

Ray,
My objection was not to the original inquiry about sites to purchase
and download music. My objection is to requests for specific music.
A list member asked what specific song was being sought and that is
off topic for the pc-audio list.
