Check the offerings from NEC and from LaCie (some LaCie's are just rebranded
NEC LCDs). I have the 19 NEC 1980FXI and calibrate it using basICColor.

so large that even with a 2 stop ND grad filter I couldn't make an
exposure that would get it all in. I ended up making six exposures
and compositing this one from the two of them that captured the upper
