Ebay bought Paypal a while back - isn't that right? It sounds like the seller owe money to ebay (listing fees etc. ?) So, ebay/Paypal is blocking the seller?? (why do ebay let him list things in the first place...?) If the auction said Paypal is OK, I'd tell the seller to forget the whole thing!
