The sky was very clear tonight for the eclipse. Using the links Bob and someone else forwarded on how to shoot this event i tried aroll in the SP500 last night with the tak 200 and 2x. I hope i adjusted properly for the 2x.Did some short bulb shots near the end at various X seconds opened.

I tried to get a few, although my lunar shooting has left much to be desired in the past. I used my 500 mm mirror lens, as it's the only one that gives me an acceptably large image. It was a great eclipse, however. At least where I was, the sky was clear an we had a great view. Easily the best
