Every version of Spyder comes with new software. There may be upgrades for older versions as well. Google it. Paul > On Aug 27, 2022, at 11:05 AM, Alan C wrote: > > Late on this. a couple of years go there was some discussion about new > software for a Spyder. I recall Toine saying how well

Late on this. a couple of years go there was some discussion about new software for a Spyder. I recall Toine saying how well it worked. So... if you have a Spyder? Alan C On 24-Aug-22 11:05 PM, Rick Womer wrote: It’s a long story, but I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and external

Here's another vote for the Spyder.  I've been using the Datacolor calibrators on Windows marhines though several iterations beginning with the Spyder 2, and now the Spyder X Pro.  All have proven worthy of spot-on calibration.  Amazon is showing the Spyder X Pro for $150. -p On 8/24/2022

X-Rite is the gold standard for monitor calibration. Frankly, it's not their fault that Apple breaks shit every time they release an update. I've been using the same Eye1 since Windows XP. I'm now on Win 10 using the same software as I started with. I'd be feeling not fond of Apple for fucking

It’s a long story, but I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and external monitor as “work” computers. The colors are ugly, though, and I’d like to calibrate both devices. The problem is that my calibrator is an Xrite i1 Display, which is old enough that there is no longer software available.
