What government bureaucrat would decide? (as to what is "faith based" and what not)
The answer is the tax court and then the regular federal Court of Appeals, as I
recall. ( Judges are bureaucrats too).
It seems
Bush has announced that he wants to create a new deduction that would
allow everybody to get a deduction for gifts to "faith based
charities." I posted the following on Kuro5hin.org, which draws a lot
of college age and younger folks.
