I've include the man page for tcs utility in Plan9 OS. Would something
like this do what you want? If so, I'll post the instructions on how

Could anybody tell me how to type « Nim Fasele » in Persian

I use my word pad to type Persian in windows XP but my
word 2000 does not have any Arabic option, besides it becomes
