It looks like the brackets are flat plates with holes in them for the rods. If that is the case, can't you just make them? You would know the diameter of the rods. You probably know the size of the plates from outlines of the originals and you can probably map out the mounting holes from the

I have one around here somewhere, but would not recommend its use. If you have the room, I'd strongly recommend getting an Edison Diamond Disc phonograph. The sound will be much better and your records will be safe from damage. They turn up quite regularly around here at giveaway prices -
