Actually there is no bug here. I've updated the wiki

There seems to be some bugginess(tm) with the processing here.
If you have no statements in the template, PLA should detect
that the attribute is boolean and display a TRUE/FALSE, and this appears
to work as expected. (I've tested on the demo site.)
