Oh, you probably have seen them, they're the little bits, usually
circular or oval, partially cutout, that you punch out of card stock.
Everyone here knows about them because of the Florida presidential
voting debacle, several counties used card stock for the ballots, you
were supposed to punch
How long does a chad remain pregnant before it has the litter?
