monitors. Given that the head detector establishes it’s height

Given that the head detector establishes it's height for both the front and
back counts during the initial survey (front count), what practice do you
utilize to survey both the top of the head (without hard hat) and
FENOC does not monitor head separately. Monitor only with hard hat on head.
