STP can procedurally set our laundry monitors up to no more than 70k dpm for an
alert and 350k dpm for alarm based on needs and management discretion; however,
we have two primary scenarios we use the laundry monitors for:
1) Free release - 5000 dpm
2) Acceptance of Unitech laundered
