I've got the option of saving two used Epson EPL-5700 laser printers from the
scrap pile. They have a parallel port and a centronics one but does anyone know
if they will be any use with a QL?

They've great PSUs and motors. If they are of no use for a QL, they
would very useful for a LED project and wind generator. Really!

Ok, it seems to be a bit different to my old EPL 5200. This supports the
above modes plus Epson LQ and ESC/P2.
