The re-written Q-Trans is now on the My Freeware page in the software
section of my website. Hopefully, the filename handling is improved in
line with recent discussion on this mailing list, and there is now
limited scope for handling filenames on DEV and SUB devices. So far it

- Mode 12 is 256x256 in 16 colours
- Mode 12 uses 32K SCR-Memory like QL-Mode 0 and 8
- in Mode 8 and 12 each pixel is a nibble (half a byte, 4 bits)
- the place of Mode 8 blinking bit is used as additional colour-bit giving
16 colours instead of 8
- TURBO supports float as parameter
