Great! Thank you!

Keep the good spirit to ask your friends to finally free their QL stuff.

Well, most of that stuff hasn't been updated in 15 years, so you might
say it's about time ;-)

I actually do not know if Lau used QMake to build it (if I had to
guess I'd say that he probably did not). The nice thing about QMake
however is that unlike GNU Make etc, which are general purpose, QMake
is specifically tailored for the GST/QMAC assembler suite and
processes standard QLink style _link and _cct files, which Lau did
use.

That's why it only took a few minutes for me to build a bit-perfect
copy. I only added one line to specify the output file to Minerva's
ROM_link file.

program win1_src_minerva_rom_1g98

and then gave the _link file to QMake. That was all there was to do
:-)

Cheers, Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Thank you for releasing the QMAKE, this may help the compiling to large
assembly language files easier.

On a personal note, it seems that all the sotfware that I bought is now
free.

Many thanks for this effort. I always used C68 Make and GNU Make for
my own projects, never tried QMAKE before. But as you said, QMAKE
helps to reproduce the original Minerva build process. So this might
be a nice thing, in case I find time for Minerva again someday.

Also thanks for creating a PDF with the manual!

All the best
Peter
