Can someone point me to an example of how to increase what is logged for the
POP3 server? RIght now the logs dont really provide much of anything. Would
like to be able to see things like
1. Login account on login
2. Data transfered
3. Messages retrieved
4. Messages deleted
5. Logout
Is this
Please tell what do I have to set to be able to authenticate(POP3 or
Webmail) without specifying the domain name.
I tried the envnoathost in /var/qmail/control , but it had no effect.

This is a task for vpopmail , not qmail daemons .
create a file called defautdomain in
... and this is the same setting for the POP3 authentication and Webmail
authentication?

Both pop3,imap4 use vpopmail as their auth backend, so the configuration
of defaultdomain affects all the services wich uses
vpopmail .

vpopmail defaultdomain and user logs in to webmail without the @domain.
Sending mail from webmail doesnt work until you set your email adress in
webmail options Personal Information.

Qmailtoaster is an rpm based qmail installation , so it does not run on
bsd .
