Dear group,
I am performing analyses using threshBayes from the phytools package. I was
wondering if someone has ever extracted the highest posterior density
intervals (HPD) values using this function. How could I make this?
Thanks in advance

Dear group,
I'm using the function "hisse" from hisse package. After getting the
results, I had several warnings saying the same thing:
" In log(sum(1 - compE.root)): NaNs produced".
What do these warnings mean? And how can I solve them?
Thanks in advance

50: There were 1 divergent transitions after warmup. See

to find out why this is a problem and how to eliminate them.

As you guys can see, I put adapt_delta in its max value, changed iterations
