Take a look at the current geo charts. The 650b 56 has different HTA and rake, so different trail than the 58 700c. By this calculator with both 40mm tire width, the trail is 61 for the 650b and 68 for the 700c. http://yojimg.net/bike/web_tools/trailcalc.php The HT slope angle is only 1/2
