Karen Markey sent me a copy of her paper (I'm asking if it can be posted
on the LoC Future of bib Control site) -- and the figures in her paper
are as follows:
Loc domain expertise + Low system knowledge = 77%
Loc domain expertise + high system knowledge = 7%
High domain expertise + Low system
