Raisin Bread
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Brown sugar
1 c. Chopped nuts
1 pkg. Canned biscuits
Combine raisins, brown sugar and nuts. Stretch biscuits into 4-inch
circles and butter generously. Press raisin mixture into biscuits. Bake at 450
degrees for 8 minutes.
Sausage and Macaroni
1 pound breakfast sausage browned and drained
1 cup white onions chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
16 ounces cottage cheese
1 pound elbow macaroni
32 ounces spaghetti sauce
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Cook sausage in skillet until

1 pound ground beef
1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce finely chopped
3 fresh jalapeno peppers finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
101/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1/2 small red onion finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons
Fried Rice With Ham, Egg, Onions and Peas
3 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped ham
3/4 cup frozen green peas
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups cold cooked white rice
2 teaspoons soy sauce or
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium
