1 pound round steak, trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
